Georgia – Lead Stylist/ Director
Whistler Staging Co Ltd was founded by Georgia Hybner – who first fell in love with Whistler in her first season back in 1996. With her first real estate purchase and renovation at the age of 24, Georgia developed a passion for property and interiors in her early years. She has since renovated, staged and sold several properties including 7 recent Whistler transactions. Georgia has also held positions on Strata Councils in Whistler and Sydney, Australia.
After going through a life changing illness, Georgia was determined to turn her past time into a new career. She became a Canadian Certified Staging Professional (CCSP), graduating with honours and Whistler Staging Co was born. Georgia is currently studying Interior Design and holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Mgt). Clients will benefit from Georgia’s professionalism, customer focus and business mindset gained across 20 years in Leadership, HR, Marketing & Program Management roles within the Technology sector.
When not staging, Georgia is an avid skier, former Ski Patroller, mountain biker, surfer, horse rider and world traveller. Georgia supports Whistler Animals Galore and World Vision.
Kerri – Home Stylist
Since she was little, Kerri has grown up with interior design. Her mother had an excellent eye and fantastic style so Kerri was constantly surrounded by beautiful spaces.
Kerri studied Interior Design and since completing her Diploma, has worked in several design retail stores and on many projects for both residential and commercial spaces. She is always refreshing her own home and loves trying new trends and design ideas.
In Kerri’s spare time, she loves being outdoors enjoying time with her family. Some of her favourite hobbies are paddle boarding, golfing, snowboarding and exploring her amazing backyard she calls home.
Steve – Operations Manager
Steve brings a wealth of experience to the operations and logistics side of Whistler Staging. With a background in IT Management, he brings to the team specialist technical skills in procurement & vendor management, project management, website development, hardware deployment & handyman services.
Steve ensures our home staging installs and logistics run like clock work, addresses our client’s technology needs (everything from cabling to TV mounts to Smart Homes) and supports our back-end purchasing/procurement.
Alex – Home Staging Assistant
With a Degree in Arts and Events Management and a Diploma in Art and Design. Alex has always had a creative flare. Growing up she engrossed herself with Art, Music and Culture and was driven to have a career that would reflect her passions and interests. With a background in Event Design & Management, along with her most recently obtained creative design and floristry skills. She is always looking to try new things. Forever looking at ways to improve, inspire and create.
When Alex isn’t working you’ll find her outdoors, indulging in local cuisine, camping with her partner and friends, hiking and just enjoying what Whistler has to offer through every season.
Rik – Home Staging Assistant
Rik has always had a love for design and home decor. As a fellow Interior Design Institute student, Rik joined the team while studying to complete his Interior Design Diploma. Addicted to watching all the home design and gardening shows on tv as a child and still today, Rik wants to make his dream of creating inviting spaces for others a reality.
Originally from the Gold Coast Australia and now a Whistler local of 13 years, Rik is chasing his dream career after many years in the hotel and hospitality industry. Rik loves to spend his free time enjoying all that Canada has to offer including gardening, paddle boarding, camping, travelling and spending time with his two dogs Frank and Olive.
